my jeep yj won't start i put new plugs,rotor,capand it still won't start.it has oil pressure and spark does any body have any ideas

i am feeding gas directly into the engine, that shouldn't be a problem would it.

Depends on how much gas you are putting in. Try starting fluid it is a little easier.

does it fire up at all. If not you are probably putting to much petrol in and wetting the plugs. Try removing the plugs and cleaning them, check the gap and gently warm them. You only need a very small amount of fuel if you are directly feeding the carbs. After putting the fuel in the carbs wait a minute or two before trying the starter so that the fuel atomises in the carb. I hope this works if not let me know good luck
