Misfire on Cylinder 1 at 70mph - Need help diagnosing

My car:
2000 Daewoo Lanos 1.6L DOHC engine

My problem:
At high speed (about 70mph) I am getting a blinking Check Engine Light. The OBD2 scan reveals a P0301 code (Misfire on Cylinder 1).

There seems to be no performance loss or backfire of any kind that I can feel or hear. Just the flashing light.

The problem does not seem to occur at any lower speeds.

Things I've tried:
I tried inspecting and replacing the spark plugs.
I tried two different sets of ignition wires (new and old).
I ran some injector cleaner through gas tank.
I replaced the Ignition Coil Pack.

I'm at a loss. I'm still learning about engines and such. I need help figuring out what is causing this.

The thing that is really confusing me is that it isn't giving me any trouble when I'm driving at all, even when it's blinking it doesn't give any physical or audible response. Just the blinking Check Engine Light and the computer saying I got a misfire on 1. Any ideas for what this could be would be extremely helpful.

Well... I guess nobody really seems to know.

I guess next I'll try having the injectors cleaned and go from there.

thats weird.  You seem to be approaching it the correct way, its almost like there is a lean sopt  possibly at that load index.   I didnt know that stock cars check engine lights blinked when a mis-fire was detected.
