I'm torn.
I plan on getting a new car within the next week, but I'm having a tough time deciding. Desire and reason are battling each other in my brain.
The two options are:
1) 2006 Range Rover Sport HSE 2) 2006 BMW 550i 3) 2006 Porsche Cayenne S
The Range Rover is a great SUV. It looks killer, drives killer, and has some great features. But, it is pretty expensive and it is impossible to negotiate with the dealers due to the high demand and low inventory with these vehicles.
The BMW 550i is a great performance car, with alot of speed, nice handling, and a beautiful interior. But, it is a little small. The dealers seemed like they would negotiate on the price.
The 2006 Cayenne S is also a nice performance SUV with alot of luxury features.....but is it an old lady/guy car? It seems like the majority of drivers I see are old people.
The ideal choice would be:
- midsize SUV (or car that isn't too small) - luxurious - fast - a price that isn't too crazy
What do you think? Which one should I get? Any other suggestions in the same price range.

Though the HSE is a beautiful car, i'd probably go with the 550i or the Porsche Cayenne S. There nice quick cars, and they look awsome, and what beats GERMAN ENGINEERING!....

Why though? Why would you choose those cars over the Sport HSE?

I'd go for the Cayenne. Lots of catchet owning one (it's a PORSCHE!). Better resale value if you want to sell it later. As for it being an "old folk" value...yeah, only if you're rich

If your thinking about SUV's, then i'd be torn just like you. I've been thinking about it, and i'd still probably go with the Porsche just because i think the engineering of the vehicle is much like the Tourag (another car u should consider). The tourag came out to be number 1 in alot of car tests, and its porsche brotherin was not to far behind it. As far as the HSE, i havnt really heard much about the car, but take the cars out for a few more test drives, and see what car u bond to the most. Dont rush urself into anything, the last thing u want to do is regret buying a $60000+ vehicle, so just takeeeeeeee alllllllll the timeeeeee u neeeed.
