M3Dirge:
I'm looking to buy a new car around 25k with good fuel economy and around 200 hp. Any suggestions?

Oh, boy, m3dirge, you're not asking an easy one, are you? There's a lot in that price range. Besides good fuel economy and 200 ponies, what else is important to you? The car's looks? Passenger/cargo capability? Safety? We can narrow it down from there.

Well i would have to say that passenger and cargo capability is not that important to me and safety I've always thought it was more about how careful I drive so I'm good on that. The looks are always a plus but then handling and the feel of it is what really matters to me. I'm leaning towards a small car this time since I've had a truck for a while now. I been doing a little bit of reseach and came up with a couple of ideas but since i've never actually driven these cars, i don't know what to expect. There's the 2006 saab 9-3, 06 pontiac g6, 06 mustang, 06 vw passat, but then see the passat and mustang i feel as though everyone has them now and I want something that i can feel more indepandant in but still all round good. so i don't know, you guys feel free to tell me your thoughts. it doesn't have to be 06 either, any suggestions are good.

there are a ton of cars in that price range.  Alot of them you listed do not really get great gas mileage.  There are a topn of hybrids.  Honda civics get good gas mileage.  My car, Acura rsx-s gets 30-33 miles to the gallon on the highway.  The celica probably gets around the same.  There are so many to choose from just keep researching

Sounds like you are in the market for the sporty car. I would suggest the Acura RSX-Type S, Honda Civic Si, or Mini Cooper S. Tell me what you think about those cars.
