you could lube it more then likely it probably just needs tightened, possibly replaced. does it have any cracks on it?

timing belt makes a weird noise when i statr my car, replaced 8 months ago, does it need to be lubed? or oiled?

Define "weird".
Does it grind, squeal, whine, tap, click, etc...

i would say a loud whine , dat only happens when i turn on the car for the first 30 secs, onceits running its fine....

A timing belt shouldn't really need any lube since it's got teeth. A whine could be a pulley bearing going out - possibly the tensioner.

if the timing belt was installed too tight, it can make a whining noise. In the worst case, it can idle roughly as well.
timing belts are NOT supposed to be lubed.

either i must have mis read thi thread or something, but i was talking about his drive belts. your drive belts are what is causing the squeaking
