I am also having tire problem with my 2007 bmw 328 xi - sport package - with 17 in. bridgestone tires. After 17 000 km, they became noisy. HUm hum, i put them on at 11 000 km because i had winter tires before that period. BMW told my it's not there problem and refer my to Bridgestone. Bridgestone Canada told me it's a suspension design problem (!!??!!). Hummm ! I am now at 20 0000 km and i can tell you i am NOT satisfy with my BMW regarding the run flat tires .é.. and/or the suspension.
More than that, they make this care too stiff because of the rigid sidewall. When i hit little hole of may be 1 in., it like entering in a wall and the suspension is not calibrate with these run flat tire. In winter, i use 16 in. Blizzak and don't have the same problem... Really desapointing. Mart

My BMW 2006 325i is making similar front end noises sounding like bearings or brakes. I have Bridgestone run flats, 37000 miles. Since you replaced the tires, is the noise gone?

Run Flat Tires on BMW are a rip off because they can not be repaired and no dealer informs buyer of this fact at time of purchase. ALL BMWs with Run Flat Tires should be recalled and full purchase price refunded to buyers. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT should be filed for this purpose. No buyer should have to pay for a new tire if it goes flat.
