Thank you for enlightening me Twinkie.  I was wondering what kind of car that was that my wife drove to work every day.  Perhaps you'd also like to enlighten me on the '80 Mk I Rabbit Cabrio we own, the '85 Mk II Jetta GL we own and the Mk III Jetta GLI we own.  While you're at it perhaps you'd like to go into detail about real VW's, that being the Air Cooled variety.  Would you like a list of those that I own or would you like to drop it here.

So when are you going to teach me something about VW's little man?  I'm waiting.

btw....so basically u still didnt know what MkIV stood for..i mean if you would have looked at my name you would have probably figured out that i drove a VW...but yet you still didnt notice...you sure u just didnt do research?  Googles great isnt it?

I am pretty sure VW never made an A3 Jetta GLI, at least not in North America. They switched over to the GLX for the A3 and then brought back the GLI name for the A4.

Right you are.  Unfortunately we won't have the opportunity to find out if the self proclaimed VW expert knew that.  What else is wrong with my post?
