I'm a U.S. Foreign Service Officer currently stationed in Santiago, Chile. Just prior to here, I was in Barcelona, Spain. I had with me there a 2002 VW Passat, which I could not bring with me here. It is the ONLY reason I'm selling it. The vehicle was shipped back to U.S. - Milwaukee, WI. - where my brother-in-law is selling it for me.
