Went to a local dealer (Temecula) when I was investigating my mid life crisis car aka Saturn Sky. Salesmen were arrogant and not helpful. So, went to Saturn of Riverside. What a difference. The people were wonderful! Ordered and got my sky. Unfortunately, 3 months after purchase it suffered a leak in the differential (plug, who knows). Since I live way closer to Temecula, they had me tow it there to be repaired. No change in attitude. In fact when I called, the service guy asked me where I bought it, and then made the sarcastic remark of "if you didn't buy it here, we can't help you". I figured he was kidding, but I also had another problem with the side mirror motor and asked them to check it. 2 days with a Chevy rentawreck, they fixed my leak, but "forgot" to order the motor like they told me. Said they'd call me in a week. That was 2 mos. ago. NOW, I have a problem with my front wheel (brake pad sensor or something rubbing making a God awful screech). Called Temecula (it's closer and what the heck, another chance), and the guy asked me what year my Sky was. This is not good. Only heard good things about overall Saturn Dealers and Service..have doubts about this one.. wish me luck, have to take it in tomorrow.
