Ihave a 96 Dodge Caravan 3.0 liter.It takes half an hour for me to get anything that remotely resembles heat,even though the car is at normal operating temp.And when I increase the blower settings the car blows out even cooler air.I have checked the anti-freeze level.Changed the thermostat.And had a new radiator installed over the summer.When I had the AC charged in the summer,my defogger,AC,rear wiper lights on the center console would flash intermittently.The technician reset them,and I've had no problem since.Any help would be greatly appreciated since the cold weather is upon us................Thanks
