I have a '94 Pontiac Trans Sport with a 3800 engine and a 4T60E.  The transmission works fine until it warms up.  Then it looses all gears.  It was like this when I bought it ~3000 miles ago.  After first getting it, I changed the filter and fluid (twice due to a leaky gasket after the first change).  I did not flush it since that is not supposed to be good unless done regularly.  The fluid is still dirty - brownish.  It worked great until yesterday.

Before it started slipping again the transmission was shifting hard into the next gear.  Any ideas?  Could be a valve body?  Is that hard to replace?  Thanks.
