I am looking into buying a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited V8 fully loaded vehicle through a private sale for 9,000 dollars. The only drawback is it has about 94,000 miles already on it.
Do you think that is way too many miles for 9,000 dollars?
How long can Grand Cherokees usually last if properly maintained?
Would you conisder buying that vehical with that type of mileage or just look elseware.
Thanks so much for the help!

Jeeps can last easily to 250K to 300K if maintained properly. See if this Jeep has been maintained properly (owner or dealer should have maintenance records). Also, $9K seems a little high to me for that mileage and age. I'd feel a lot better around $6500 - $7000. If its a dealer selling it w/ a warranty, you can go a little higher...maybe $8K max.
