I'm thinking about buying my first car. I'd only be able to spend under 15,000, but would like to mod it as I get more money. I prefer a car that looks good, and has good acceleration. Basically I want the fastest car I can get for the money. I'm fine with it being used. So far I'm leaning towards a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon V6. If anyone has any advice or recomendations it would be a great help. Thanks.
if this is your fist car i wouldnt spend over 8k on it. also if its your first car you probabley arnt that old and just want a nice ass ride. i suggest to get a cheap reliable *** car that will take you thru college and a little further. get a job and start to save, then after college have a good paying job and save some more. during this time think about what you want to buy, look at fourms and see what you really want and will be satisfied with. by then you will have the money to buy a car that would be faster than a Triburon when its got money in it. you can take that fast car and make it faster. one thing you shouldnt do is use your "Fast" car that you want to show of with for a ride to work b/c it wont be that reliable and wont last as long so you will still need a separate car for work and what ever reasons. now if you patient enought to wait that long, i dont know. but i drive a ford tempo and it is not cool at all. but im going to wait and spend the money when i have it.
