Hello, Does anyone have a idea on how to get the shoulder harness on a 93 Dodge colt to go back?It has been in the front and will not go back,with the new seat belt law,One kinda wonders if you could get a ticket for such... even thought your seat belt is buckle your shoulder harness isn't,just wondering if any one else had this to happen...thanks...for any and all answer....

check the power to the retractor motor, also make sure it is not jammed....you need to remove the trim panels in order to see the issue

Did as suggested and believed the motor is bad,Got the harness back in place and unplug motor at least ,can Undo belt from there,Thank you for the quick response,couldn't have done it with out your help,Again Thank you.
