Help!

I have an 05 liberty limited. Here is the problem, Passenger side brake light. Bulb blows as soon as its replaced. It will not blow if the car is not running. Tried 4 new bulbs and as soon as I start the jeep the bulb blows out. all other lights are in working condition. no moisture in the lens.

please help  

do you have the trailer tow package or aftermarket tow wiring????
