Lug nuts on the Hubcaps keep coming loose and making noise when driving and even when they are checked and are hand tight they still make noises. This was not happening when I brought the car. I've had new tires put on (right size). How can we repair this?

are the treads on the nuts ok, have seen them damaged if a tech is not careful. Also make sure that they are put on tight but not too tight, there is a spec on them
