1995 Grande Cherokee Fromt brake issue pleae review the photos and tell me how do I fix this.

Is this a common issue with the Grande Cherokees" Can I have the ware spost welded in and then re file them or do I have to replace the parts?
I have this issue on both sides of my front brakes
