I bought a Ford Explorer 2WD XLT 1998. Now I want to buy some Explorer parts, but I dont know what SOHC or OHV engine design has my car. How can I know that? Is there an easy way? Thanks.

Call an auto parts store or a ford dealer(service dept) and let them check the book.

Call a dealer and give the VIN # from the plate on the dash board
