I do not wish to totally run their names through the mud at this time, but i will eventually. here is my story

I bought a 2004 Subaru WRX SW September of this year.  The day i went to pick up the car i noticed the CD/Radio was not the same that other 2004's had.  I tried to use it, it wouldn't work ( the cd player) during the test drive i did not bring any CD's to test it out.  Turns out i had to wait a week for the owner of the car ( who works at the dealer) called his buddy who he gave the radio to. A four hour wait at the dealer for this mystery buddy to come.

The second day i had the car my check engine light went on along with my air bag light.  I brought it to a Subaru dealer closer to me in NJ and he noticed that the car ( silver) had a blue front end and shotty and spotty welds.  I took the car into a private AAA auto body and they confirmed that car was in an accident.  The dealer said that the car is clean, and carfax would prove it. well, i already had carfax and it did look clean.  HOWEVER, the old owner did say he had a slight impact on the drivers left side.  Telling this to the owner of the dealer, she didn't believe me!  She then said let us fix the car and see how it goes.

I have been to the dealer for engine lights and airbag lights 6-7 times since September.  Each time they take the car, they say they drive it for 1,000 miles and they are happy.  I go pick up the car, and i cross into NJ, and BLAMO a freaking light goes on.  They then told they would be getting Subaru involved, and so two weeks ago i let them have the car again, got a call, subaru was not going to be dealing with my car.  They didn't even get them in to do it.  But they said it was fixed.

I trucked back up to NY state and picked my car up at 4:45  at 6:15 that same night, my air bag light comes back on.  I drove the car back to the dealer that same night.  The sales man who sold me the car wont even look me in the eye, the upper administration will not call me after 5 calm requests to do so.

I asked the sales manager if i could give the car back, since it is in the shop more than i am on the road with it and the dealer has a 30 day money back deal... and all miles have been put on mostly by your people.  He said no, you would have to trade it in and get a deep cut in value.  I even expressed that I am not looking to buy anything cheaper, just buy something that works... still.. same answer... no we wont take it back

The car was not sold as is. It had a remaining warranty for another few   thousand miles.

can anyone give me a little help on some steps to take... are there any dealers out there in NJ that will help me.  I know when/if they take this car back they will totally revamp everything and sell it for 3 grand more than i bought it for..... i dont know.. HELP! lol
