i have a 1996 honda 100 and every time i eccelerate fast and i get into 3rd gear the chain pops off i need to know what to do to stop the chain from coming off

It sounds like the chain is too lose. You will probably need to start by loosening the axle to allow the wheel to move. Then you can turn the adjuster screws, ΒΌ turn at a time, until you reach the proper adjustment. I like to turn the left one, and then turn the right one the same distance to maintain wheel alignment.

try new chain an sprockets, this usually helps.......also, make sure that the rear sprocket isnt on backwards, i know someone who had their rear sprocket on backwards and the chain would randomly pop off....... check out my bike.......www.sleekteke.com it is MIKORIFIC
