I'm about ready to get my trasmission fluid flushed on my 97 civic ex (automatic trans), and was wondering what should be done.  I'm doing this as a maintainence item, not because the trans is going bad or anything, but just to keep the car up and running in top shape.

On a Civic, what usually needs to be replaced when doing a trans fluid flush (ie. gaskets, washers, filters, etc).
