I'll try to explain this as clearly as I can. Sooo not an expert! When I start the car, the idle sort of revs up and down. Once I put it into gear, it remains stable. It idles fairly smoothly when driving, but at times, especially when the weather is warmer, the idle with drop down very low when stopping at a stoplight, to the point where the steering wheel is vibrating and it feels like it is going to kill. After this happens, it can be difficult to start up. When I stop the car and put it into park, the idle revs up quite high and then slowly lowers back to normal. Please let me know if this is not descriptive enough or if more information is required.

Sounds like a few things...check the IAC motor, check for vaccume leaks...check the TPS, also check the injectors...
