I have a 96 Hyundai Elantra manual transmission that won't pass emissions. I took it to 2 mechanics and had both 02 sensors replaced, one was cracked, and the flex pipe replaced due to a crack in that as well. We cleared the codes and nothing comes up but the check engine light came back on. This car needs to pass emissions within the next week. Any ideas????
