Had one bulb go that for some reason first time dealer said they couldn't get it to reproduce the problem of not working. Then about a year later it did it again and dealer said the bulb blew and replaced it under warranty. The first incident was in June 2004 and actual bulb was changed in fall of 2005. Never had any other problems. This was on a 2004 AWD XLE.

They finally figured it out . Apparently there are CPU's that run each headlight. Requires removal of bumper and the part$900.00 . good news they are covered for 8 years. Lots of time lost at th dealership trying to figure this out>..
