I was looking at a clean 1997 318iS 5-speed for sale with 87K miles. I am not familiar with BMW's, I've had Saabs. Would this perform close to my 2000 Saab 9-5? Would I be looking at some big maintenance bills upcoming with this kind of mileage? Are they good high mileage cars?
