I had new calipers put on my 1996 Dodge 3500 Van.  Now when I apply the brakes to come to a stop,they make a loud and annoying squeal.  What causes this and what can I do to stop it?  It sometimes has a low pitch squeals at normal speeds without applying the brakes.
