Heater Not Working  2003 Grand Cherokee 4.0

My heater is blowing air, but it is not warm. My Dad looked at it and the thermostat is working.    Thank You

heater core may need to be flushed out. dirty or air locked.

also is dash thermostat temp. control working? just a couple thoughts..
