Hello, I drive a 1988 Dodge Grand Caravan SE and the engine/tranny run fine except for one problem. Sometimes, not always, the oil pressure drops down to near zero as the engine revs from about 2200-2500. It seems to happen more often while the engine is cooler, but does not always occur. The oil pressure reads fine up until the engine crosses through that area, then it drops, and returns again once it revs above that level.
It is the 3.0 l mitsubishi v6 with Dodge's 3 spd auto tranny.
