Need Help with a 1991 BMW 750!!!

I currently have a 1991 BMW, 7-series (750 to be exact).  It is left-sided steering, but it has German specs.  Any error that comes up on the display comes up in German, and I don't have any idea on how to change the display language.  I have been told that there is a way to do it, since it has 4 different languages inside of it.  Can someone please help me out with this matter?

I've also got a 750iL. HAd many problems with yours?

I think the following website should help you. Have a closer look at the suspension & steering problem as this may help you.

Those cars are so heavy that the upper control arm brushes give in quite easily so it may be that (described on the website and it worked for my car).

Either that or your wheel is warped/bent.

If you live in London I have a great mechanic in Dalston (E8).

Good luck and let me know about your previous problems and solutions to these as any help on these is appreciated and generally saves a lot of headache and money.

I also have a 1991 750iL and I am having a little trouble with it.My fuel indicator guage and tach quit working.Also my brake light indicator and SRS light are staying on.The worst thing is that the engine will not idle it just keeps dying.When you get it started it acts like it is only running on 6 instead of 12.All of this happened at the same time.I noticed the day before that my fuel indicator guage was acting up and it would make the car hesitate then take off again.I really would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

I have a 750il  Is the EML light on when it feels like its running on six cylinders.  It is a drive by wire system.  If one of the actuators for one of the banks is bad that that is the result.  One of the three control modules could be bad or no communicating.  try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to reset it.  That works for me when this glitch pops up.  I also found that if the car has been sitting for a while when I start it, it will go into this mode unless I give it gas to keep the rpms up for a few minutes then its fine.  Hope that helps!
