Hi, the front climate control blower fan only works on the "high" position. Any notch under that, and there is nothing. The rear operates fine. Any ideas. Please, if you will also respond to george@bygeorgetv.com.
Thank you! George

Blower motor resistor has failed, replace resistor...possibly may have melted wiring harness for resistor...chrysler dealer will have everything you need...easy fix

Same thing happened to me last week(2000 Dodge Grand Caravan). Speeds 1-3 do not work, 4-5 does. Is it much of an effort to replace resistor and/or resistor harness?
Thanks
