I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE AN ABSURD COMPARISON, BUT WHICH ONE SHOULD I PICK?
LEXUS---47M MILES--$21,400--EVERYTHING BUT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM, WHICH I DON'T NEED
KIA---30M MILES---$15,500--LOADED
NEITHER HAS ONE OF THE MOST ESSENTIAL ITEMS I REQUIRE---XM

WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?  

My unqualified opinion is to take the Kia and save yourself $6K.  I like the Kias - they are a good value and the Amanti is a decent ride.  Seems like the only consistent ding Kia gets from owner reviews is that the mileage could be better..., other than that they typically get solid reviews.  And, the $6K you save buys your XM radio + lots of gas and a few years insurance premiums.

I've been super happy with our Kia Sedona minivan, which also has a 3.5L (I believe Kia uses Mazda motors in some or all of their vehicles).  I'm not knocking Lexus - just saying the Kia is worth a look.  Good warranty too!
