Can anyone help?

I had trouble with my heating/cooling system, and I got it repaired, and everything worked great. I then noticed over time that I had lost all of my water in the car. I checked the car around and found that the water jug had a whole in it, so I went and got the jug replaced (not with the same type jug, but it worked).  I then noticed that now the jug fills up with water and want drain.  Whats wrong?  Willing to take any advice, thanks.
