2003 Golf Intake manifold

I'm putting a new fuel rail in my 2003 2.0L Golf.  I have to take the intake manifold off in order to get to the fuel rail.  I have taken the 3 bolts off the front of the manifold and the 2 in the back but the manifold will not budge.  Am I missing something?
