Both turn signals will blink for a few seconds then stop. If I cancel
the turn signal, wait about 10 seconds and try again it does the same thing.

check the signal output from the multifunction switch...do the hazards work...have you checked the connection at the flasher...

Thanks Nick. It was the the flasher that had to be replaced. Hard to get to though up under the dash. Thanks again.
