Does the FX35 for 2006 have a door lock feature that locks the doors automatically when driving the car? How is it configured? Most vehicles of this level lock the doors automatically when placed in gear or when the speed reaches a minimal level.

Did you ever find out any information of this feature? I have a FX and I can't believe that it doesn't have this. Is there a way to configure it?

No way to configure the door locks. I heard in the event of an accident, locking yourself in a vehicle must be initiated by the occupant of the vehicle as a legal stance of Infiniti.
Not sure how valid that is since my most cars allow the owner to choose if they want the doors to auto lock or not. My 2003 Corvette shipped with the auto-door-lock disabled and required me to select the function and enable it.

This may be a little off but if you don't want the doors locked in an emergency and you have auto lock how can you disable it?
I have a F-150 for business and the doors auto lock. My father has a fear of the doors automatically locking, he wants to do it himself.
Is there a standard way of disabling it?

I saw other reviews that stated this was not included, and i was happy. I didn't know you had the option to disable though. My husbands truck has that feature and i don't like it, but I guess if we had the option to turn on or off it would be better. Infinity should definately consider that because it would make all customers happy.
