Cars you wish they sold here in the USA

My personal favorites:

Peugeot 607. It looks absolutely stunning
BMW 1-series. Thankfully, we're getting them soon
Holden Commodore. RWD LS1 powered sedan? Sign me up. If GM isn't stupid, they'll make the next Grand Prix be this car and prove the rumors true
Diesels. I blame the hippies for why we don't have these

What do you wish you could buy here?

I wish  I could get the Nissan Skyline gt-r34. It will be coming soon to the U.S though. Not right hand driven though.

finally someone who blames everything on hippies just like me .. but moving onward we need the Ford Ranger 4 door cab here, I saw one in Mexico,  4 FULL DOORS and engine options, 2.5 and 3.0 turbo diesels. Were deprived, id obviously come up with a better car not here but i figured id say one I could afford ...  but not really.

actually most european small cars with diesels are much cleaner than than traditional gasoline cars we have and get better gas mileage.  most people attach the diesel stigma of old mercedes motors spewing black smoke.  not the case with the newer diesels, theyre are actually a better solution. so the hippies should support them, like me.

The 1 Series for sure!! That will even out the 3 series ratio in the compact market. I'm pretty sure most of the 3 series buyers want 1 series more but they have to buy the 3 series because 1 series not sold here.

are they really bringing the 1-series here?  i haven't heard any news for it.

i'd like a lot of euro cars to be here, especially euro versions of current cars sold in the US (like the focus)

Yeah, either in 07 or 08. But they're going to do something stupid like not bring the hatch over here. The 1-series is hot because its a hatch not just another sedan

The Holden Caprice - The Urban community would be all over it like it was a new drug! If you think the 300 & 300C hit the United States like a plague, import the Caprice.

The Holden Statesman - Seriously an all around great car. GM has to be out of their minds. My head is hurting trying to figure out why they don't already import it. Give it to Pontiac, Gawd!

The Holden Crewman - Are you serious, they still make the Chevrolet El Camino! haha   Who wouldn't drive a brand new El Camino SS?

Holden's complete line-up is the most versatile I've ever seen. They should definately bring their business to the United States. Visit their site sometime. I highly recommend it
