I have a 1994 Eagle vision with the 3.3 6 cylinder; which I am assuming is the same motor as the older intrepids and such. The problem I am having is the engine is cranking over, but car does not want to start. It sounds almost as if vehicle is starving for fuel, but I know it is getting fuel because I checked the pressure on the fuel logs. I am stuck and not sure what to do next. Is there anyone who could help or give me some advice on what to look at next.

check fuel pressure, check spark, check cam/crank sync, sounds like you should take it to a professional

I ran into the same problem with my 94 eagle vision.  There is a wire harness that runs in the front bumper near the bottom of the bumper.  The harness carries wires from the computer to the transmision computer as well as the wires for the injectors and ignition coil.  In this harness I found five wires that had corroted due to salt and all five had fused together shorting out the whole wiring harness.  Once I cut the wires and re-wired it the car started without any hesitation.  Try looking in there for any possible shorts.  Crysler (eagle) is known for poor location of their wire harnesses.

I had the same problem.
Check the wire harness in the front bumper near the bootom.  In there I found five wires fused together due to salt.  Chrysler (eagle) is known for poor wire harness locations.
I was also getting feul but no ignition.
Have fun it won't be easy tracing all the wires.
P.S.  the wire that carries your power to the ignition coil is green with a orange stripe.  Becareful because there are two but only one goes to the coil and the other to your injectors.

Take care
