2001 Ford Expedition moonroof is stuck

My moonroof is now stuck in the fully open (retracted) position.  When I push the button to move the moonroof forward (to close the darn thing) I can hear a single "click" in the ceiling in the area I imagine the motor is positioned.  Is there anything I can do myself to fix this problem, such as manually close the moonroof?

there should be a procedure in your manual that tells you how to manually close the sunroof, usually its an allen key that sits back with your spare tire tools.  Are sure its just not a fuse that might have blown?

I would be interested in the resolution of your problem

I have a 96 Explorer did the same thing.  And, of course rain expected tomorrow on Labor Day

That is what I get for letting someone else drive my car - I knew it was faulty but I don't use the moonroof and was able to get it closed the last time with the switch.  This time I don't even get a noise.  It did open just find, obviously....

There is no procedure in the manual to close it manually
