When put in drive it starts out in fourth gear.  If you manually put the shifter in the lower gears they work fine. The EEC codes are 519-power steering pump sensor open, 628- Excessive converter clutch slippage,  645- Incorrect gear ratio obtained for 1st gear, 646- Incorrect gear ratio obtained for 2nd gear, 647- Incorrect gear ratio obtained for third gear, 648- Incorrect gear ratio obtained for fourth gear.  Any body have any ideas???
