I have a 2002 kia rio. When i try to start it i can hear the fuel pump kick on then when i try to start it, it just wont start

what kind of noise does it make. if any? Have you tried jumping the car?

My friend has a 2002 kia rio that want start the battery is fully charged fuel pump comes on all the lights come on as well what could be the problem.

Does it have fuel? Try checking the ECU codes.
