Looks like only the Lexus LF-A will be the "it" car in Toyota's lineup:

This may be a big mistake, I was never a fan of the Supra, but I definitely have respect for what the car was capable of. A lexus version of it will just be some watered down, luxo version that won't be a real sports car. The SC400 and now their hard top convertible BLOB are jokes, bring over the real deal.

a sad, sad day.

well looks like the GT-R will just romp everything now with no competition in sight.

lets hope this is just more speculation and BS!!

true, the concept was powered by Toyota's F1 motor straight from toyota motor sports. and lexus has promised that "If built, the car's 500-hp powertrain will reflect whatever is being used in F1 competition at that time"

im still excited, but it will definately be priced above 100K.  the supra would have been somewhat affordable, better looking, and well... a SUPRA

Again.. Toyota is going to miss out on the JDM supercar war... It is already missing a sports car on the line up so far... 350z for nissan, Lancer Evo for mitsubishi, STi for subaru, S2000 for honda, so.. Corolla for Toyota???

hey, if they made a RWD corolla hatcback or coupe again (*see ae86), that would be enough for me. bring back the glory days of lightweight, rear wheel drive, fun japanese cars.  they dont have to be fast, look at the cult following of the ae86!

true. AE86 was a totally different class and it's actually a good thing.
