I have a 1998 Dodge Neon that the entire speedometer, tachometer, and instrument cluster went dead. The fuse is OK. Someone told me to get a circuit board from the junkyard and replace it, but all of the circuit boards from the junkyard are gone. Can someone tell me how to repair the existing circuit board? I've already gone over the circuit board with a magnifying glass looking for cracks, but found none. I am capable of replacing electronic components. Thanks

it sounds like you have an idea how to work with electronics, so I am would think you already checked to make sure the Inst cluster is getting power. If it is, then it sounds like you are right in the fact that it is dead. I would think your best bet would be to try and find Neon forums and look for a cluster there or maybe look on ebay, you may get lucky.
