Radiator was replaced 5 years ago.
Thermostat was replaced Feb 06, replaced fan clutch Jul 06, replaced temp switch Jul 06.
Its not leaking fluid. After it heats up, it has a hard time starting again until it cools down.
Could it be the water pump or a blocked raditor.

So is the vehicle actually overheating? Have you cleaned the fins on the front of the radiator?

It's not overheating, but it its running very hot. I've cleaned the radiator front.
I think there might be broken blade on the water pump which is making the flow inefficient which is why the vehicle heats up to a consistent point.
But its not good for the engine to run that hot and eventually something will fail. Like maybe a head gasket.
Just hoping someone had a similar situation before I take off the grill again. Conversion vans are not the easiest vehicle to work on.

Put in my 2 cents. Yes it could be water pump, also have you added anything to front of vehicle to cause air flow restrictions of air getting to radiator before this started? Cooling fan functioning ok? Check main large hose at bottom of radiator to feel for softness . Hoses have curl rings inside them and sometimes they get weak and hose collapses restricting coolant flow. Though this is rare. How old is radiator pressure cap? replace with new one. Go to google website and type in your problem' this will definetely lead you to other idea,s to ck on. Try, running to hot without overheating 1992 Ford truck. Hope this helps.
