I think this showing by the new Silverado is a bit, disappointing.  I mean in terms of exterior appearance, when the Silverado name comes to mind I think of brute strength and aggression.  This new-look Silverado appears tame in comparison to the current Silverado...actually it looks as calm as a Honda Ridgeline.  The interior, however, looks to be much better and I'm sure the ride will be improved but some will, undeniably, be turned off by this extremely safe styling approach by Chevrolet.  I'm not arguing that the new Silverado will not be a rock in its performance and durability, but it doesn't look like it will be as strong as a rock anymore.  Looks like the The F-350 Super Duty and Nissan Titan remain as the most robust trucks in the market.  

Im hoping its just the HD model. They don't look as good as I thought they would. If Chevrolet kept the Tahoe Front clip it would've been fine. Maybe the Silverado SS will look decent. Those fender flares are a joke. I hope they'll have four different models with different exterior trims. The LT, LS, HD, and SS. I never plan on buying a Chevy truck, but this new model looks ridiculous. PLEASE don't jack up the SS, its their only hope.  

It looks king of like the avalanche. It looks too boring and simple.  

I just saw some different pictures on the Motor Trend website. These trucks are alot better looking than I originally thought. Looks alot better without the chrome bumper. Chevrolet is offering a 8.1 liter V8 for this new model. The SS Silverado is going to be a beast! Look out Dodge. The SRT10 may no longer hold the fastest production truck title.
