I bought a 2001 Dodge Durango about a week ago.  I bought new airbags from a merchant that was cheaper than going through the dealer.  Is it possible to install the airbags by myself or do I need to take it somewhere.

Also, the seatbelts are locked due to the airbags deploying.  How can I fix this?  Do I need to buy new seatbelts, or will just putting in new airbags fix the problem?
