A discouraging turn of events. Larger almost inevitably means heavier. I know they're trying to go after the "meat" of the midsize market. I just hope that it remains a nimble, competent performer. I'd like to see a turbodiesel, myself.

those headlights look identical to RX-8 headlights. the front end should look pretty good.

i think those are the RX-8 headlights. It's a testmule so they dont want to reveal much about the new Mazda 6. a 3.5L V6 that produces 250hp is definitely disappointing too.

Latest word is that 3.5 is going to have at least 263 horse, possibly more. Should make up for the added pork that's inevitably going to come with the bigger size. Hope they don't dump the wagon. The 6 is my favorite midsize wagon.
