Why do you think VW doesnt bring the Polo over here...
the only reason i could think of is that there isnt really a market for a $20,000+ European version of a honda fit...but with a small body and a 180 hp engine option (Polo GTI Cup Edition) that would make a great little sports car.

I prefer Ralph Lauren or Lacoste... haha just kidding.
Is the VW Polo RWD or FWD? If they made it without a FWD drivetrain, I would buy it.

I think VW will end up bringing it over eventually. They really believed there wasn't a market for the car, but as usual, VWOA made a bad decision. I think Fit, Yaris, Versa and maybe some others, have really gotten the jump on them and they will really have to play catch up. I think if they brought over the Polo GT with the twin charged engine they would really have a great car. I would love a little car like that with a 1.6 that is super AND turbocharged.
