I felt it was my civic duty to post this message since this relay is not in the Chilton Manual nor could I find the info on the internet. The starter relay is located underneath the floor trim on the driver side of the vehicle. You will have to pull the trim up and peal the carpet back a little. You will see a massive bundle of wires. Sort through that and you will find a relay box. I hope this helps people who have trouble starting their cars when they know the starter is good and have already checked whether both battery grounds are securely fashioned.
