The Problem....
She's not accelerating the way she should. Has a hard time getting out of first gear...makes a "whistling" noise when you push her.
Connected her to the code reader at the base and she threw the P0300(Misc Cylinder Misfire) and P0404(EGR Open Position Performance) codes. We changed the spark plugs and wires but still she isn't working and the whistling is still present. Where can I find a diagram of the EGR? How do I clean it?
Any ideas? We're new to our area and I don't have a mechanic I can trust.

you can stop at an autzone and pick up a cheap chiltons manual if you want a diagram of your egr valve.

That would be wonderful if I knew someone who could take me to Autozone...We JUST moved here and don't know a soul..
They didn't have the book for my year at the parts store that is walking distance from my house.
We found the EGR and disconnected it...changed the plugs & wires and it is running better, but still whistling on acceleration and I'm afraid to drive it far.
If anyone has suggestions...I'd be happy to listen.
