I have a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban and the AC fuse continuosly keeps blowing!! Does anyone have any idea where I can get my hands on a wiring diagram to trace the short?
Also, when going uphill, the front AC blows hot air. The rear air stays cold. Any suggestions?

you could go to your local auto parts store and pick up a cheap chiltons manual. I dont know how thorough the wiring diagram will be though.
as far as your ac, blowing hot air up hill...when you are going up hill do you "floor" the gas pedal? Most cars have a cut off switch that dis engages the compressor clutch when your throttle plate is open all the way. There could definatly be something wrong but might as well get the basics out of the way first.

Definitely not a matter of the compressor cutting out as his rear A/C is working. Sounds like a vacum problem up front as when you give a motor more throttle you will have less vacum.

You might be halfway there. How exactly does low vacuum equal hot air?
